Realme is preparing to launch its 64MP quad camera smartphone before Diwali in India.This information was given during the company’s camera innovation event, which was organized in New Delhi. During the event, the company informed that the upcoming quad camera technology will be given in not one, but three reality smartphones before Diwali.This includes Reality Series, Reality Pro Series and Reality X Series.
The smartphone in which the first quad camera setup will be given by Realme can be Realme 5. At present, the company has not announced any fixed date for the launch of the first smartphone with 64MP camera. However, the company has said that it will be launched before Diwali. In such a situation, it is expected that the smartphone can be launched in the beginning of September or by the end of this month.
At present, no clear information has been received about the specifications or name of the upcoming real phone. However, in terms of quad-camera system, there will be a high resolution 64MP Samsung GW1 sensor, an ultra-wide-angle camera, a 4cm macro lens and a 2x telephoto camera.
Company CEO Madhav Seth tweeted some macro shots taken with this camera on Twitter and high resolution shots of the 64MP camera. Companies like Honor and Huawei provide macro cameras in their flagship phones. In such a situation, it will be very interesting to have a macro camera in mid range smartphones.
